Testimonials Since Countrywide have been looking after the school sites (especially our lower school), the appearance of the sites have been transformed. Teaching staff have commented on how neat and clean the grounds have now become with regular cuts at agreed times. During last winter when the weather was particularly poor and countrywide staff were unable to cut the grass we were contacted by the company and asked if we were required help in clearing the ice and snow so that the school could be kept open. All of these operations are delivered reliably with a minimum of fuss and to a high standard. Operatives are well presented, communicative and properly trained and well equipped with tools, machinery and P.P.E. Adherence to Health and Safety legislation is paramount in the delivery of any contract of this nature. ‘Countrywide’ provide us with a full suite of Method Statements and Risk Assessments, supervisors carry out routine checks and I am aware that ‘tool box talks’ are scheduled on a regular basis. Senior Management regularly seek feedback on our perception of service delivery and react rapidly to request for change or additional works.
