With a large portfolio of sites, Bidfood needed a reliable grounds maintenance partner to ensure each location remained safe, compliant, and visually well-presented. They required clear communication across regional teams, accurate scheduling, and assurance that all maintenance tasks were completed efficiently.

Countrywide has worked with Bidfood since 2019, providing regular maintenance across individual sites. We created bespoke work schedules and weekly planners to ensure tasks were completed consistently. Additional or ad-hoc works were quoted and carried out as required.

Job cards were uploaded to the customer portal to confirm attendance and completed works. Our Key Account team facilitated centralised communication between regional teams and the customer, ensuring a clear and consistent information flow.

Regional teams acted as the visual and on-site representatives of the customer, identifying potential enhancements, recommending improvements, and maintaining high standards at all sites.
