Kitewood's Challenge
As a new client in 2025, Kitewood required a landscaping partner who could deliver practical, cost effective soft landscaping and grounds maintenance tailored to the specific needs of their site.
Initial landscaping plans from other providers included plants and shrubs unlikely to survive in the ground conditions, which risked additional costs, remedial work, and poor establishment after handover.
Our Approach
Countrywide collaborated closely with the team at Kitewood to review and redesign their new build landscaping plans prior to installation. We recommended site specific planting schemes that would thrive, reduce long term maintenance costs, and enhance visual appeal.
Alongside redesigning planting schemes, we continue to delivered a multi year soft landscaping and grounds maintenance programme, providing practical advice to support long term upkeep, improve plant survival, and create external environments designed to mature successfully over time.
