Countrywide Grounds Maintenance, the UK’s leading professional grounds maintenance contractor is now in the second year of a four year contract extension with LiveWest, to deliver grounds and garden maintenance for over 600 properties across Devon and North Somerset.
LiveWest, a leading developer of housing in the South West, awarded Countrywide Grounds Maintenance with a further contract in 2018, which brought the overall grounds maintenance work to 40% and is worth over half a million pounds per annum. Covering Devon, Somerset and Cornwall, the property portfolio maintained includes an assortment of existing homes, alongside ambitious plans to deliver 15,000 new homes over the next 10 years.
Countrywide Grounds Maintenance maintains each of the property’s and their surrounding areas by grass cutting, weeding, pruning, hedge cutting and litter picking. In addition to the contract, associated services are also available to LiveWest on an ad hoc basis, including landscaping and planting, tree work, fencing and artificial grass.
