OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. This offer is available to customers having sites to be serviced within the catchment areas of Countrywide Grounds Maintenance Limited (“Countrywide”) Derbyshire and Leicestershire (“Eligible Customers”). To confirm eligibility, please contact [email protected] with your postcode/s. 2. This offer is available to Eligible Customers that enter into a contract with Countrywide on or before 31 October 2023 for the provision of Winter Services (as defined below) (“Contract”) during the period 1 November 2023 to 31 March 2024 inclusive (“Contract Period”). 3. Winter Services include: • Supplying and restocking salt bins • Overnight gritting of all surfaces • Clearance of snow on roads and pathways • Daily monitoring of long-range weather forecasts for proactive assistance • Rapid response to changing local conditions • 24/7 teams for emergency assistance 4. Provided a Contract for the Contract Period is entered into with Countrywide on or before 31 October 2023 by an Eligible Customer, the first night’s gritting undertaken for all sites within the scope of the Contract will be charged at 50% plus VAT of the usual nightly rate excluding VAT. 5. In the event the Contract terminates before the end of the Contract Period, the 50% discount for the first night’s gritting will be invoiced to the customer and become due and payable with immediate effect. 6. No cash alternative will be provided. The offer is non-transferable. 7. This offer is available to existing Countrywide Eligible Customers. 8. This offer is available to Eligible Customers with multiple sites provided that if any site/s are outside of the catchment areas of Countrywide Derbyshire and Leicestershire coverage for that site/s is subject to availability and confirmation at the time of entering into the Contract for the Contract Period. 4. Any omission to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right or remedy under these terms and conditions by Countrywide shall not constitute a waiver by Countrywide of that, or any other, right or remedy. 5. Entry into a Contract for the Contract Period implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. 6. These terms and conditions will be governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. 7.
