Cygnet Health Care

Cygnet, a national care provider with a network of services across the UK, required a reliable and professional grounds maintenance provider to manage 127 sites.

These sites cater to young people and young adults with diverse health and social care needs, and it was essential that the maintenance provider had the expertise to create safe, well-kept outdoor spaces that supported the well-being of residents.

Proposition

Given the vulnerability of residents, it was crucial to ensure strict safeguarding measures while maintaining high standards of health and safety.

The maintenance work needed to be thorough, responsive to weather conditions, and tailored to the specific needs of each site. This required close coordination between our teams and site managers, to promptly address any emerging issues at the sites.

Solution

Since November 2022, Countrywide has been responsible for maintaining Cygnet’s sites across various locations, including South Yorkshire, Dorset, London, Lancashire, and Scotland. Our team follows rigorous health and safety processes and collaborates closely with Cygnet staff and residents to ensure a tailored and effective service.

Our collaborative approach, commitment to safety, and ability to respond to various maintenance challenges have reinforced our strong partnership.  We continue to adapt and refine our services to meet the evolving needs of Cygnet’s sites.
